1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Nestworth (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.
2. Not financial, tax or legal advice
Nestworth is an information and calculation tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any property, security or financial product. The Service does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. You should obtain independent advice from a licensed professional before making any decision.
3. Calculations are estimates based on your inputs
All outputs - projections, equity, cashflow, yields, tax figures and any other results - are estimates generated from the information you enter and the assumptions you select. They are illustrative only, may rely on simplified models, and will not reflect actual future results. We do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose. Exchange rates and other third-party data may be delayed, approximate or unavailable.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the information you provide, for verifying all outputs, and for any decision or action you take. You assume all risk arising from your use of the Service and any reliance on it.
5. No liability for losses
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nestworth and its operators, owners and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind - including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or financial loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity - arising out of or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, the Service, whether based in contract, negligence or otherwise. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Privacy
Bank account numbers and uploaded statement files are never stored - they are processed in memory and discarded, leaving only the de-identified values you choose to keep. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
7. Availability and changes
The Service may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
